a letter i would like to send

Dear Health Insurance Company,
Remember me? I'm back again. Just wanted to share again that maybe you should think of hiring MORE THAN ONE PERSON--i'm sorry colleague---who can answer questions about student health insurance. Every time I call, you place my call through to the claims department only to be answered by someone who tells me oh i dont have the answer to your questions but my colleague does, but he's not at his desk right now, can he call you back. Every single time I call this happens. So how you can be the health insurance provider for international students in the NL and only have one fucking colleuge who can answers such questions is beyond me. Or maybe here's another bright idea, teach more than one person about student claims. I know this all seems very new age fandangled business web 2.0 concept like to you, but seriously is it too much to ask to have at least 2 colleagues who can answer my question. Also, if you are going to tell students that they can contact you by email, here's another clue. Check your inbox, fucktards, because students do send you emails to which you do not respond to.
